Jamal took us on a guided tour of Fes which was so interesting. You can tell that he is passionate about sharing his love for his country. We enjoyed every minute.
Then we arranged for a driver, Abdullah from Mint Tea, to take us on a 6 day tour from Fes down to the Sahara and then west and north towards Marrakech. I had chosen to arrange my own lodgings and it turns out that it wasn’t always the best idea. Some of them were not suitable. So both Jamal and Abdullah made sure to find us better lodgings even at the last minute. And you will never find a better bargainer on the price of a purchase than Abdullah. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Abdullah was. He was attentive to our every need.
